If your order was scheduled to ship within 30 days, and you were billed in full at the time of order, but your order has not shipped within 30 days, please contact customer service.

Shipping & Delivery

If you need a faster delivery, you can arrange for overnight or second day delivery. Contact customer service for more information and costs. Many products are ready to ship within two days of your order, while others are manufactured when you place the order. Once your order is placed, shipping date(s) will be e-mailed to you.

Returns/Exchanges & Cancellations

We believe you will be very pleased with our products. We understand, however, that it can be difficult to shop from a computer screen. To make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, return it to us and we will promptly refund your money (excluding shipping and handling charges) or exchange it for something else. Simply follow the instructions below:

	Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning the product.
	Products must be in original condition and repackaged properly, in the original packaging. Products not in their original condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
	Your return must be shipped prepaid and insured.
	Assist us by including the packing slip, and by indicating the reason for your return on the back of the packing slip.

Handle delicately! Please understand that we cannot accept returns after 30 days from shipping date. If the error is ours, we will pay for all shipping costs. Returns and exchanges should be mailed to:
